How ThreadsPad works

ThreadsPad turns one post into one market. You paste a post, pick a hook, and pay 0.5 IMD. The IMD swarm builds a token and a Uniswap v4 hook for that post, tests and audits them, then deploys them on its own pool.

1. The post is the anchor

The post is read and normalized to {author, id, postedAt, text, url}. That JSON is hashed with sha256 and saved on the Wayback Machine. The token stores threadUrl, threadId, threadAuthor, threadPostedAt, threadSnapshot and threadArchive as immutable public constants, so anyone can check on-chain which post a coin belongs to.

2. The swarm builds the hook

Every launch is a launch.open request of kind univ4_hook sent to the IMD control plane. The request carries the references uniswap-v4-hooks and uniswap-v4-security. The pipeline builds and tests the contracts, a second agent writes Foundry tests, four specialist agents audit math, permissions, economics and control flow, and a judge merges and ranks the findings. Nothing deploys while a blocking finding is unresolved, and the build must be reproducible.

3. Economics, fixed by the launch factory

  • Supply: 1,000,000,000, 18 decimals, minted once.
  • 10% of the supply goes to the swarm agents who built and reviewed the launch, through a Merkle distributor.
  • 10 to 90% goes into the pool (88% by default). The rest goes to your wallet.
  • Pool trading fee: 1.25%. 1% goes to you, 0.25% goes to IMD, claimable any time.
  • The hook's own fee, if it takes one, is on top of that and written into the spec.

4. The hooks

  • Repost Furnace: Every repost feeds the fire. Sells trigger buy-and-burn. afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta
  • Reply Guard: Snipers reply first and pay for it. Decays to zero in two minutes. beforeSwap + afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta
  • Like Loop: Likes compound. Fees are donated back to the pool's liquidity. afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta
  • Quote Tithe: Every quote pays the swarm that built it. Half to IMD jobs, half to you. afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta
  • Viral Curve: The louder the thread, the cheaper the trade. Fee falls as volume climbs. beforeSwap + afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta
  • Author Royalty: The simplest hook: the creator earns a small royalty on every trade. afterSwap + afterSwapReturnDelta

Quote Tithe sends part of its fee to the IMD swarm vault 0xd60483Eb8004e3DE3e283b3efF0e67FBb57f9B21, which buys IMD and refunds paid swarm jobs.

5. Hard limits in every spec

  1. Never block, delay or tax a sell beyond the rate written above.
  2. Never charge more than the stated maximum; every rate and address is immutable.
  3. Never tax a wallet-to-wallet transfer: the token is a plain ERC-20.
  4. Never touch the launch liquidity, which the launch factory owns forever.
  5. No owner, no admin, no pause, no upgrade, no selfdestruct, no delegatecall.
  6. Nobody can change any parameter after deployment.

6. Paying the swarm

Payment uses x402 v2, scheme exact, with Permit2 as the transfer method. The flow:

POST /requests/check free: plan, facts, blockers
POST /requests/quote Bearer <client token> → order + quote
POST /requests/<id>/submit → 402 with the payment requirement
  sign 1: Permit2 transfer of 0.5 IMD (x402 exact)
sign 2: EIP-712 QuoteApproval (domain "IdentityMD Paid Action")
POST /requests/<id>/submit quoteSignature + payment-signature header
GET /requests/<id> poll until admitted → jobId

Before signing anything, ThreadsPad checks the quote hash, input hash, resource URL, requester scope, asset, amount, payee and deadline against the advertised price, the same checks the IMD explorer runs. Your request credential is a random 32-byte token kept in this browser.
